How ordering works

  • Prices:
    • $4 = 1 slice + 1 juice box
    • $6 = 2 slices + 1 juice box
  • Paying with your student’s school lunch account?
    Email ParentCrew@HaydenCanyonCharter.org before the Wednesday 8 PM cutoff so we can manually apply it. (Please include your student’s full name, grade/teacher, number of slices, and juice preference if offered.)

Helpful details for a smooth pizza day

  • Who manages Pizza Thursdays: Parent Crew, not the school office. Please direct all questions/changes to ParentCrew@HaydenCanyonCharter.org.
  • Menu: Cheese and/or pepperoni (alternates by week). No customizations.
  • Sizes/serving: Standard large-pizza slices; each order includes a juice box.
  • Allergies: Pizza is prepared off-site by Dominos. If your student has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please consider sending an alternate lunch.
  • Labeling: When ordering, use your student’s legal name as it appears at school and select the correct grade/teacher to ensure delivery to the right classroom.
  • Absences: If your student is absent on Thursday, email Parent Crew before 9:00 AM Thursday to request:
    1. hold for pickup by a parent/guardian that day, or
    2. donate the meal (no same-day refunds once orders are placed with the vendor).
  • Late orders: We are not able to accept late orders. 
  • Cancellations/changes: Email ParentCrew@HaydenCanyonCharter.org before the Wednesday 8 PM deadline. After that, orders are submitted to the vendor and can’t be changed.
  • No lunch backup: If a pizza wasn’t ordered, please send a regular lunch. We place our order with the vendor based on the number of orders we receive. We cannot guarantee we will have additional slices on site for Thursday purchases.
