How ordering works

• Order deadline: Order must be placed Friday by 9:00 PM for the following week.
  • Due to order deadlines, we’re unable to accept late or same-day orders for Monday meals.

• Prices:
• Panda Express Monday: 
  • $6 =  Kid’s Pail
  • $7 = Kid’s Plate
• Taco Tuesday:
  • $4 = 1 Taco, Veggies, Juice Box
  • $6 = 2 Tacos, Veggies, Juice Box
  • $3.25 = Taco and Veggies only
• All Beef Hotdog Wednesday:
  • $4.50 = All Beef Hotdog, Chips, Veggie Cup
• Pizza Thursday:
  • $4 = 1 slice + 1 juice box
  • $6 = 2 slices + 1 juice box
  • $3 = 1 slice only
• Every Day: 
  • $3 = Garden Salad

• Paying with your student’s school lunch account?
  Email ParentCrew@HaydenCanyonCharter.org before the Friday 9 PM cutoff so we can manually apply it. (Please include your student’s full name, grade/teacher, and meal selection).

Helpful details for a smooth lunch period:

• Allergies: Most food is prepared offsite by our vendors. If your student has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please consider sending an alternate lunch.
• Labeling: When ordering, use your student’s legal name as it appears at school and select the correct grade.
• Late orders: We are not able to accept late orders.
• No lunch backup: If a lunch wasn’t ordered, please send a regular lunch. We place our order with the vendor based on the number of orders we receive before the deadline. We cannot guarantee we will have additional slices on site for Thursday purchases.
