Student Clubs
Animation Club
Hayden Canyon Charter is happy to support a club for students interested in learning more, and engaging with, digital animation. This club is only open to middle school students, and Ms. Joy is the club advisor.
Digital animation requires the use of a school owned iPad with a specific app that will enable students to participate in the animation activity. Students who are using iPads for any purpose that violates the school code of conduct will be immediately dismissed from the club. Parents will be responsible to pay for damage to any school device and/or equipment resulting from the student’s use.
The club will meet on Wednesdays through May 28, 2025 from 4:05-5:05pm in the Multi Media room. Parents should plan to pick up their children from HCC no later than 5:10pm on club days. The club will not meet on any day that school is not in session.
Students who are interested in participating in the Animation Club will need to return a signed permission slip to Ms. Joy before their first meeting on Wednesday, November 15th. Permission slips can be printed from the link below or requested in person from Ms. Joy or the front office.

Cross Country
Our Fall Cross Country program has ended. We are so proud of all of our amazing athletes who dedicated afternoons to practice and showed great growth as they improved their times during the season.
Ski & Snowboard Club
We are excited to offer a Ski and Snowboard Club at Hayden Canyon Charter for students in grades 5-8. Dates and prices have been confirmed with Lookout Pass and are listed below.
To ensure available seats are not oversold, registration forms must be requested directly from Mrs. Bridgette either via email bdahlstrom@haydencanyoncharter.org or in person at the front office. Due to limited space, seats will be filled in the order completed forms and payment are received, a seat cannot be reserved without payment.
A parent info meeting will be held Tuesday, NOvember 12th, at 4:15pm. Registration packets will be available at that meeting and payment will be accepted from anyone who would like to reserve their student’s seat that day. Payment may also be submitted online using the Efunds portal (processing fee will be applied to all online payments).
