We’re excited to keep Pizza Thursdays rolling! Pizza is provided by our third-party partner, Westside Pizza, and coordinated by HCC Parent Crew.

How ordering works

• Order deadline: Wednesdays by 9:00 PM for that week’s Thursday.

  • We’re unable to accept same-day orders at this time.

• Where to order: Use the weekly order link shared by Parent Crew https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/thursday-pizza-lunch

• Prices:

  • $4 = 1 slice + 1 juice box

  • $6 = 2 slices + 1 juice box

• Paying with your student’s school lunch account?
  Email ParentCrew@HaydenCanyonCharter.org before the Wednesday 9 PM cutoff so we can manually apply it. (Please include your student’s full name, grade/teacher, number of slices, and juice preference if offered.)

Helpful details for a smooth pizza day

• Who manages Pizza Thursdays: Parent Crew, not the school office. Please direct all questions/changes to ParentCrew@HaydenCanyonCharter.org.

• Menu: Cheese and/or pepperoni (availability may vary). No customizations.

• Sizes/serving: Standard large-pizza slices; each order includes a juice box.

• Allergies: Pizza is prepared off-site by Westside Pizza. If your student has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please consider sending an alternate lunch.

• Labeling: When ordering, use your student’s legal name as it appears at school and select the correct grade/teacher to ensure delivery to the right classroom.

• Absences: If your student is absent on Thursday, email Parent Crew before 9:00 AM Thursday to request:

  1. hold for pickup by a parent/guardian that day, or

  2. donate the meal (no same-day refunds once orders are placed with the vendor).

• Late orders: Orders placed after the Wednesday 9 PM cutoff will be applied to the following week.

• Cancellations/changes: Email ParentCrew@HaydenCanyonCharter.org before the Wednesday 9 PM deadline. After that, orders are submitted to the vendor and can’t be changed.

• No lunch backup: If a pizza wasn’t ordered, please send a regular lunch—extra slices are not guaranteed.

• Special schedules: On minimum days, holidays, or unexpected closures, Pizza Thursday may be paused. We’ll post updates with the weekly order link.
